Easier handling for returned goods:
1. A return form and a address label for easier return will be included to every delivery
(for end customers from an order amount of ? 40,00 on.)
2. If you wish to return your goods, fill in the return form and include it to the goods.
Place the return label on the parcel and its ready to ship.
(Of course you have the option to ship your returns by your own. Please make sure that it's insured, because we assume no liability for
this kind of shipment.)
3. With the shipping partner that supplied your parcel you set a date to pick up (UPS).
